By accessing beautytendon.world you agree to these Terms of Use with Beautytendon. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website and our consultation products.

1. Services Description

Beautytendon provides habit formation consultations focused on productivity, routine design, and behavioural implementation coaching. Products listed on focus-offers.html include digital and in-person components as described per package. Our services are educational and coaching in nature, not licensed clinical care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under Netherlands law. Business clients confirm authority to bind their organisation.

3. Bookings and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of applicable VAT for Netherlands clients unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed after payment instructions are fulfilled or an invoice is accepted in writing. Session times are proposed in Central European Time.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate intake information, attend sessions punctually, and communicate scheduling changes at least twenty-four hours in advance. You are responsible for implementing habit plans between sessions and evaluating whether our coaching scope fits your needs.

5. Intellectual Property

All worksheets, frameworks, branding, and website content remain the property of Beautytendon. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own development during and after your purchased package. Redistribution or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use of the Website

You may not attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, introduce malware, or use the site to harass our team or other users. Automated submissions to our contact form are forbidden.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and consultation products are provided as available. While we strive for high-quality coaching outcomes, individual productivity results depend on your effort and context. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Netherlands law, Beautytendon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or consultations. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Beautytendon against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these terms, or submission of unlawful content through our forms.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

Embedded maps or external resources are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or policies.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms or abusive conduct. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Den Haag unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect new consultation products or legal requirements. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of updated terms for website use; existing paid packages remain subject to terms in effect at purchase unless otherwise agreed.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, infrastructure outages, or public transport disruptions in the Netherlands. Affected sessions will be rescheduled in good faith.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information shared during consultations confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to enforce these terms.

16. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that best reflects the original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the description of the purchased consultation product, privacy.html, return.html, and any written quote, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and product delivery.
