Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to habit formation consultation products sold by Beautytendon through beautytendon.world, including Clarity Kickoff (€89), Rhythm Reset Session (€145), and Momentum Mastery Package (€320). Because our products combine scheduled live sessions and digital materials, refunds follow the rules below.
1. Consumer Cooling-Off Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase online, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under distance selling rules. However, if you request immediate scheduling and expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, the right may lapse once the first consultation is fully delivered.
2. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session without fee if we receive notice at least twenty-four hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session slot without refund unless we agree otherwise in writing due to documented emergencies.
3. Package Refunds Before Delivery
If no session has occurred and no customised worksheets have been issued, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment. Contact us via reach-out.html with your invoice reference.
4. Partial Refunds After Partial Delivery
For multi-session packages, if one or more sessions are completed, refunds are calculated proportionally minus a €25 administrative fee. Digital materials already personalised to your habit inventory are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed live consultations.
- Customised habit loop diagrams prepared from your intake data.
- Third-party payment processing fees where non-recoverable.
6. Service Quality Concerns
If you believe a session did not match the described product scope, notify us within seven days with specific details. We will offer a complimentary follow-up conversation or proportional credit before considering monetary refunds.
7. Business Clients
Invoices issued to companies may include separate cancellation terms stated on the quote. Unless stated, business purchases follow the same proportional refund logic.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future bookings.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank timelines may vary.

11. Digital Materials Access
If a refund is approved after partial access to templates, your licence to use remaining digital materials ends upon refund completion. Please delete copies received by email.
12. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve refund disagreements amicably within ten business days of receiving complete information. Consumers in the Netherlands may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
13. Policy Updates
Changes to consultation pricing or structure will be published on focus-offers.html. Refund rules for purchases completed before an update remain governed by this policy version active at purchase unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
